By using the DashMaxx app or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What DashMaxx is

DashMaxx is a service meant to help independent contractors track mileage, time and earnings and manage their personal contractor business. It is a tool for your own record keeping and decision making.

Not affiliated with DoorDash

DashMaxx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to DoorDash, Inc. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. DoorDash and Dasher are trademarks of their respective owners.

Please read this part. DashMaxx and its developer, Fxora LLC, are not responsible for any issue caused by using DashMaxx, including but not limited to: mis-reporting of mileage, mis-reporting of pay, earnings, time or any other figure, deactivation, suspension or restriction of your Dasher account or any other account, offers that are declined or missed, lost earnings, and errors in any tax filing or business record.

Figures are estimates

Everything DashMaxx shows is an estimate and may be wrong. You use DashMaxx entirely at your own risk and should check anything important against the official records of the platforms you work for.

Automation

If you turn on auto-decline, DashMaxx taps buttons in the Dasher app on your behalf. DashMaxx never accepts offers. You are responsible for making sure your use of DashMaxx follows the terms and policies of the platforms you work for, which may restrict tools that read or automate their apps.

Permissions and your data

DashMaxx uses an accessibility service to read text on the Dasher app's screens and uses your location to count miles. How information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Not tax or financial advice

Mileage totals and the estimated mileage deduction are for information only. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Talk to a qualified tax professional about what you can deduct.

Beta and paid plans

The beta is free and may change, break or end at any time. When DashMaxx is released, it will be offered as a subscription with a free trial, billed through Google Play. The price and trial terms are shown before you subscribe, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in Google Play. Without an active plan, tracking, the offer card and auto-decline stop working, and your history and exports stay available.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attacks on our servers, no scraping other drivers' data, no adding people to our invitation list without their agreement, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

No warranty and limits on liability

DashMaxx is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fxora LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost earnings, accounts or data, arising from your use of DashMaxx.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, in the app, ask you to accept again.
