The offer reader will not turn on

If DashMaxx's accessibility option is greyed out, open the app's info page in Android settings, tap the three dots at the top right and choose Allow restricted settings, then try again.

No offer card is showing

Check that the offer reader is on (Settings > Accessibility), that the Dasher app is open on an offer, and that "Show verdict over offers" is on in DashMaxx's settings. If it still does not show, tell us your phone model and Android version.

My miles show zero

DashMaxx needs location permission set to Allow all the time so miles keep counting while Dasher is on screen.

Cancel a subscription

When paid plans are available, you cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. Your history and exports stay available afterwards.

Delete my data

Delete your account in the app, or use the data deletion form.
